These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website LifeOctave (lifeoctave.com) and related web-based services, including orders for NUMERA and Sound Psychomatrix (collectively, the “Service”).
These Terms apply to our website and web order forms only. Our mobile application is governed by separate terms at lifeoctave.com/app/terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this website and related web services.
If you submit an order on behalf of another person or include information about family members or other individuals (for example, in a NUMERA order), you confirm that you have the legal right to provide that information for order fulfillment.
2. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, extract, reproduce, or distribute audio, music, reports, analyses, or other content from the Service without permission, except as expressly permitted in these Terms
- Use the Service for unauthorized, fraudulent, competitive, or unlawful purposes
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized personal information through order forms
- Attempt to reverse engineer, access source materials, or misuse digital content
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service
3. Intellectual Property
All sound recordings, music compositions, sound structures, numerological reports, analyses, texts, visuals, descriptions, concepts, algorithms, and other digital materials made available through this website are the intellectual property of LifeOctave, Sound Psychomatrix, and/or their creator, unless otherwise stated.
All rights are reserved and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Sound Psychomatrix — Audio Content and License
All audio content available through the Sound Psychomatrix website and related web services, including but not limited to musical tracks, sound matrices, sound sequences, tones, previews, and audio-based materials, is original copyrighted material created by Sound Psychomatrix and its author, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Unless expressly stated below, by accessing or using the Service you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access such audio content solely for personal, non-commercial use within the scope of the Service.
You may not download, copy, record, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, synchronize with video, use as background audio, or otherwise use any non-commissioned audio content outside of the Service, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, except as permitted by applicable law or our written authorization.
This restriction applies regardless of the method used, including but not limited to screen recording, audio recording, or any other technical means.
Any purchase or access to the Service does not transfer ownership of the audio content and does not grant any license for external use, except as expressly stated in Section 4.1 below.
4.1. Personal Sound Psychomatrix License
If you purchase a custom, individually created Sound Psychomatrix produced specifically under personal commission through our website, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the commissioned audio track for both personal and commercial purposes.
This license includes the right to:
- use the commissioned track in personal projects,
- use the commissioned track in commercial activities, presentations, or media,
- integrate the commissioned track into personal or professional content.
Ownership of the underlying copyright remains with LifeOctave, Sound Psychomatrix, and its author, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The granted license applies only to the specific commissioned audio track delivered to you and does not extend to any other audio content available through the Service.
Unauthorized use of non-commissioned audio content may result in termination of access to the Service and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright laws.
5. NUMERA — Reports and License
NUMERA reports, analyses, calculations, and related deliverables are created based on information you submit through our web order form and are intended for your personal use and reflection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not resell, publicly redistribute, commercially exploit, or present these materials as your own professional work product without our prior written permission.
By submitting a NUMERA order, you confirm that you have the right to provide any personal data you submit about yourself or third parties included in the order.
6. Purchases and Payments
Certain content or services may be available for purchase through our website.
Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store or process full payment card details on our servers.
Refund rules, chargebacks, and related payment terms are described in our Payment & Refund Policy. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws or stated in that policy.
7. No Medical or Professional Advice
The Service does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.
All sound works, numerological materials, and related content are intended for personal reflection, perception, and experiential use only.

8. Content and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or remove any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
Access to certain content may be limited, time-based, or discontinued. Delivery timelines for custom digital products may vary depending on order volume and complexity.
9. No Guarantees
The Service does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, accuracy of interpretations, or changes in emotional, mental, or life circumstances.
Individual experiences may vary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeOctave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or the Service is misused.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
