Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LifeOctave (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects the information of users who access our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We may collect the following information that you choose to provide:

  • Email address
  • Name or display name
  • Birth date, used only to calculate in-app numerical patterns, personal insights, and sound sequences
  • Information submitted through forms, support requests, or account-related communications
  • Payment-related information processed by Apple, Google, or other payment providers

We do not store full payment card details.

1.2 Sign in with Apple and Google

The Service may allow you to sign in using third-party authentication providers, including Apple (“Sign in with Apple”) and Google (“Sign in with Google”). If you choose to use one of these sign-in methods, we receive certain information from the provider to create or access your LifeOctave account.

Depending on the provider and your settings, this information may include:

  • Email address
  • Name or display name
  • A unique identifier provided by Apple or Google, used to link your sign-in to your LifeOctave account

We use this information only to authenticate you, maintain your account, and provide access to the Service. We do not receive your Apple ID password, Google password, or other secret credentials.

Apple and Google process your sign-in request under their own privacy policies and terms. You can control what information is shared through your Apple or Google account settings.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Device information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, and language settings
  • IP address and general location information
  • Usage data, such as pages viewed, features used, app launches, registrations, purchases, subscriptions, and other in-app events
  • Diagnostic, performance, and crash-related information
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for website functionality and performance analytics
  • Aggregated analytics data used to improve the Service

We may also use mobile advertising and measurement tools, including Meta App Events and TikTok App Events SDK, to measure app installs, app launches, registrations, purchases, subscriptions, and other in-app events. These tools may collect or receive device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, app interaction data, purchase or subscription event data, and technical information about your device and app usage.

On iOS, access to the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and tracking for advertising purposes is subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission prompt. If you do not allow tracking, we will not access your IDFA for tracking purposes. On Android, advertising measurement may use the Google Advertising ID, subject to your device settings and Google’s controls.

We do not use data broker services.

1.4 Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions, store preferences, and analyze site performance. These cookies are used for functionality and performance analytics.

On our website, we do not currently use cookies for advertising purposes or cross-site tracking.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function properly.

1.5 Advertising and App Event Measurement

We use third-party advertising and measurement partners, including Meta and TikTok, to help us understand whether our advertising campaigns lead to app installs, registrations, purchases, subscriptions, or other relevant app events.

The information shared with these partners may include:

  • App install, app launch, registration, purchase, subscription, and similar app event data
  • Product ID, purchase value, and currency for completed purchases or subscriptions
  • Technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and general usage information

We use this information to measure advertising performance, prevent duplicate or inaccurate event reporting, understand campaign results, and improve our advertising.

We do not send your birth date or full payment card information to Meta or TikTok.
